Tubebundle.com guarantees that all orders for 24 or 48 hour build times will be ready to ship if placed by 10AM Monday-Friday. The bundle will be built and ready-to-ship by the selected option. Transit times are based on our third-party vendors such as Fedex, UPS, & Hotshots. Once picked up from the carrier, we will work tirelessly with our vendors to ensure customer success.

In the unlikely event that your build time exceeds your selected option, you will be refunded the difference between the build time selected and the actual build time. For example, if you selected the "24-Hour Build & Ready-to-Ship" but your order took 48 hours, you will be refunded the price difference.

We have confidence in our carriers to deliver tube bundles on time and in the expected shape. Our shipping coordinator will keep you updated if any delays or other instances occur.
